Everything you need to know about GeoLocator
Our latest model (v3.0) hits around 5km median error—pretty solid for AI geolocation. It works on street photos, aerial shots, landscapes, you name it. Accuracy depends on how much visual info is in the image (architecture, signs, nature, etc).
Pretty much anything: JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC from your phone, whatever. Works on social media screenshots, vacation photos, aerial images, street views—anything with visual clues. No EXIF data needed, the AI just looks at what it sees.
Only if you're signed in—and that's just so you can see your analysis history in the dashboard. We store a small thumbnail (not the full image) so you can review past geolocations. If you're not signed in or using the demo, we don't save anything. Your images are yours, and we're not building an image database of user images.
Just sign up! Create a free account and start uploading images. No verification process, no enterprise sales calls. If you want to try it first, check out the demo page to see how it works.
Not yet, but we're working on it. For now, use the web dashboard. API access will come later for folks who want to integrate it into their workflows.
